I led the Innovation Design practice for Visa, working on new product ideas from inception to implementation.
My team and I developed new product ideas to address our discovered business needs. We worked with some of Visa's most brilliant minds to take their ideas and develop strategies, stories, and business cases. Then, we built products leveraging research, strategy, storytelling, design, engineering, and partnering with the top global brands to implement them. I had a team of multitalented folks who worked on several such projects simultaneously.

Digital Tipping

I created and patented the method for digital tipping with instant delivery of funds to the recipient.

I led the team that developed the concept to help consumers get acquainted and comfortable with their data and that it exists to serve them.

I invented a unique method to drive high consumer engagement at the point of sale by leveraging interactions between hand held devices and the merchant point of sale terminal.
